Responsibilities
- Global Expansion: Drive the people and rewards strategy for our global expansion, taking local culture and compliance requirements into consideration to ensure seamless operations in new international markets.
- Leader Enablement & Self-Service: Evolve and refine the HR delivery model to enable leader self-service, empowering managers with the operational tools, workflows, and support they need to lead effectively.
- Global Mobility & Compliance: Oversee immigration, compliance, and mobility programs to seamlessly support a distributed and growing global employee base.
- Analytical & Objective: Deeply analytical mindset with a track record of building rewards structures that are strictly defensible, fiscally sustainable, and backed by clear data metrics.
- Strategic & Hands-On: Excited about contributing at both hands-on and strategic levels to build programs and processes that scale for exponential growth.
- Trusted Partner: Earns the role of a trusted strategic partner for leaders across the business, including the executive team, by providing reliable, data-backed guidance.
- Collaborative Builder: Builds strong cross-functional relationships (finance, legal, IT) and identifies the best external partners to help scale operations efficiently.
- Execution Focus: Resourceful and operationally focused in a fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Compensation
- For this role, the target salary range is $230,000 - $260,000

- Note on Internal Ranges: While the range above reflects our current budget for this hire, Optro maintains broader internal salary grades to allow for future career growth and merit-based increases within the role over time.
