About the role

  • The Palletizer Operator is responsible to safely and efficiently package quality products in a manner that is consistent with HP Hood LLC standards.
  • Operate all equipment in accordance with SOP's, policies and procedures.
  • Work in safe manner, in compliance with Federal, State and company GMP's, SOP's and administrative policies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all tasks and functions related to operating and cleaning the Palletizer and Stretch wrapper equipment.
  • Submit work orders and maintain equipment.
  • Maintain communication with other plant team members.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to lift greater than 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Employment is subject to verification of an applicant's identity and eligibility for employment in the United States as required by immigration laws.

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Experience working with manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional interpersonal; and communication skills.
