About the role

The Access Care areas act as the entry point.
It is the responsibility of an Access Care Representative to promote a caring, professional manner, while collecting Accurate and complete data necessary for billing and account processing.

The Access Care Representative performs a wide variety of activities related to scheduling, registration, financial compliance, and customer support for all services performed.

$17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience

Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
Education/Experience
Two years' experience in medical environment with working knowledge of insurance applicable to outpatient medical care.
Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Medical Terminology, experience with scheduling.
