About the role
- Project values will typically range from $100,000 to $3,000,000 dollars of miscellaneous metals and from $500,000 to $10,000,000 dollars in structural steel.
- Presently all projects are located and constructed in California. **This position requires physical presence in our San Leandro office - this is not a telecommuting role.
- Take off all material, labor and equipment using Fabtrol, Excel and company estimating standards.
Nice to have
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have proven experience in the construction industry - estimating and bidding preferred.
- Organization, written & oral communication and time-management skills are a must.
- strong math /analytical abilities.
