About the role

- This work is performed in highly regulated environments and demands deep expertise across systems, hardware, software, and RF throughout the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Additional Information: Acron Aviation maintains a drug-free workplace and conducts pre-employment substance abuse testing and background checks, where allowed by law.
Nice to have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Alternatively, candidates with a graduate degree require at least 7 years of related experience.
- If the candidate does not have a degree, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience is required.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in avionics or related systems engineering field
- Experience with system requirements, validation procedures, and system testing
- Knowledge of ARP-4754A and DO-178 processes
- Familiarity with surveillance avionics systems such as TCAS, Transponders, ADS-B, and TAWS
