San Francisco AIDS Foundation (SFAF) envisions a future where health justice is achieved for all people living with or at risk for HIV.
We need passionate advocates for social change that embody our five key values: Justice, Dignity, Courage, Leadership, and Excellence.

Develop and implement evaluation frameworks and logic models to assess program effectiveness, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
Collaborate closely with the fund development team to create evaluation plans for grant applications, ensuring alignment with program design and funder expectations.
Support evaluation components of grant reporting including data collection, analysis, documentation, evaluation, and narrative write-ups.
Provide analyses of city, state, and national data to SFAF's program teams, operational leads, and partners through presentations and social media.
