Maintain organized shop inventory, update logbooks and databases, monitor contractor performance, support budget goals, and follow all company policies and procedures.
Perform cleaning and upkeep of models, offices, clubhouses, grounds, and all amenity areas (pool, compactors, weight rooms, parking decks, etc.) when housekeeping is not available; assist with setup and cleanup for resident events.

Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) or ability to obtain within 90 days
Ability to safely use hand tools, test equipment, ladders (up to 40 ft), hand trucks, and lift/push/pull 50-300+ lbs as needed.

1-3 years of maintenance experience (apartment maintenance preferred)
