Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 72 green-card filings in this occupation, 99% were for a worker who already held the job.

Green-card follow-through: 55%

Of 56 labor certifications old enough to have been used, 25 expired without the employer filing the next step. Median time from filing to decision: 482 days.99% of their filings were for a worker who already held the job.Only certifications past the 180-day window are counted — recent ones cannot have expired yet.

Files H-1B transfers

163 transfer filings in the last year, covering 1450 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • The Agentic Security Engineering team is a horizontal, shared services engineering team that enables every Databricks security function AI-native.
  • We leverage AI to transform how security is done.
  • As a Senior Staff Security Software Engineer on the Agentic Security Engineering team, you will be a senior technical authority and architect for Databricks' shared Security AI platform.

Responsibilities

  • You will define the platform architecture, technical standards, and multi-year engineering direction that allow security teams to build, deploy, and operate governed AI personas safely at scale.
  • Make high-leverage build, buy, and adopt decisions that keep the platform focused on security-specific capabilities while using Databricks platform primitives wherever they meet the need.
  • Design the platform to support secure multi-agent workflows, tool registries, policy-aware orchestration, and agent-to-agent collaboration.
  • Lead the design and development of production-grade platform capabilities that enable security personas to operate reliably across a growing AI and security surface.
  • Drive technical solutions for high-risk workflows, including offensive security personas, untrusted inputs, sensitive data, production access, and automated tool execution.
  • Partner with AI Champions and domain teams to turn recurring cross-functional needs into reusable platform capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of common platform patterns and retire duplicated or inconsistent implementations across security teams.
  • Lead high-rigor design reviews and raise the bar for reliability, operability, security, and maintainability.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MLOps, AI serving infrastructure, security data platforms, detection systems, or large-scale security automation.
  • Published research, patents, or recognized contributions in adversarial ML, AI safety frameworks, or open-source security platforms.
  • Deep understanding of emerging global AI regulatory technical requirements (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) and how to encode them into engineering primitives.

Compensation
