Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Application Engineering, Customer Care, and Aftermarket Sales teams, while mentoring team members to build organizational capability through coaching and development.
- Manage technical proposal development, equipment selections, and commercial quotations.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution, service excellence, and partnering with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to deliver profitable solutions.
- Identify aftermarket sales opportunities (including spare parts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions) and establish departmental KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience with proposal development, application engineering, and customer support operations, paired with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- and Skills: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in HVAC, refrigeration, heat transfer, thermal management, or related industries.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical or customer-facing teams.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, refrigeration systems, and cooling technologies.
