- About Our Organization Sarasota Arthritis Center is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- The APRN plays a critical role in supporting physician workflow, improving patient access to care, and maintaining continuity of treatment across SAC's Sarasota, Venice, and Bradenton locations.
- Conduct new patient consultations, follow-up visits, TOCs, and medication management appointments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic conditions in accordance with established protocols and collaborative agreements.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Maintain timely completion of charts and encounter documentation in alignment with SAC expectations.
- Collaborate with Prior Authorizations department to ensure appropriate documentation is obtained for prior authorizations.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all SAC policies and procedures.
