Responsibilities
- Advanced Technical Execution Perform complex disassembly, inspection, repair, and rebuild of pumps and rotating equipment.
- Perform precision measurements and validate tolerances using advanced measuring tools.
- Field Service & Customer Support Execute field service, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting independently.
- Support onboarding and training of new employees on procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Must be able to wear a respirator as required by job tasks.

- The position plays a critical role in maintaining productivity, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while representing KSB SupremeServ by KSB GIW, Inc. professionally in both shop and customer environments.
- Conduct advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause failure analysis.
- Interpret engineering drawings, OEM manuals, and technical procedures to execute repairs.
- Complete performance testing and final inspections to ensure equipment reliability.
- Support both short-term and extended field assignments as required.
- Leadership & Mentorship Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Pump Mechanic I and II team members.
- Assist supervisors with planning, estimating, and coordinating complex jobs.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement Ensure strict adherence to ISO procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
