About the role

  • You'll also actively identify alternative processes and practice options with associated impact on KRIs/KPIs or Operational Metrics.
  • As the IT Staff Analyst III, you'll identify and facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and Business subject matter experts to better understand the problem statement and/or opportunity, capture relevant insights.
  • Work to gain a full understanding of how your work connects to the defined project objectives in addition to helping define the work breakdown structure for any activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop list of critical documentation and artifacts to meet project objectives while also completing the development of high-quality deliverables through effectively communicating learnings, findings, impacts, and next steps with subject matter experts.
  • Analyze, document, and maintain IT processes, standards, and procedures across service management, security, and operations
  • Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT practices aligned with frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and internal governance models
  • Partner with IT teams to assess process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, RACI models, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities by gathering evidence, tracking remediation actions, and ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Facilitate process reviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to drive adoption and standardization
  • As a Staff IT Analyst III, you'll lead the review of current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness, identify constraints or opportunities that inhibit, or can accelerate, the business and technology strategy, and develop options or approaches to improve business outcomes.
  • You'll lead work to develop and review artifacts that accurately describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics the determine root cause for constraints in the process.
  • You'll also review any findings or artifacts produced to validate the right problem or opportunity is being assessed.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience in an IT enterprise and business operations
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology and related field.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Occasional travel required
  • Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery processes and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports.

Nice to have

  • Intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
