Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-quality administrative support to investment professionals, anticipating needs and helping manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage complex and highly active calendars, balancing shifting schedules, competing demands, and time-sensitive internal and external meeting requests with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Lead the planning and execution of meeting logistics, ensuring participants, materials, technology, and details are aligned for a seamless experience.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, serving as a responsive, professional, and trusted point of contact.
  • Support ad‑hoc projects and initiatives, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to taking on new responsibilities.
  • In support of this commitment, our employees work from our offices 4 days a week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within an administrative role in a professional services organization
  • Experience in the investment management industry will be viewed favorably
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office with an ability and desire to learn new technology to drive efficiencies
  • Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes
  • Exposure to global contexts, whether professionally and/or personally, will be viewed favorably
  • Demonstrated strong detail orientation, diligence and overall high work quality
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and an anticipatory mindset
  • High level of reliability, professionalism and discretion

Compensation

  • USD 60,000 - 110,000 This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; role; skills and experience; certifications; and education.
  • This range is an estimate, and further details on salary and total compensation aspects will be shared with candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Base salary is only one component of Wellington's total compensation approach.
