Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate studies that measure the effectiveness of student success initiatives and institutional programs
- Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that communicate actionable insights to university leadership
- Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and analytical data structures
- Train campus partners on interactive reporting tools and data resources

- Expertise in Bayesian statistical modeling and advanced statistical analysis
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, or similar statistical programming languages
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ph.D. in a related field and two to four years of relevant experience
Compensation
- The actual compensation offered will take into consideration internal equity and may vary based on the candidate's job-related experience, knowledge, skills, and other relevant factors.
