- Implement PT-directed treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training Assist with gait, balance, and transfers Monitor patient response and report changes to PT Document treatments accurately and timely Support fall prevention and safety measures Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Educate residents on exercises and safety
