About the role

This role requires a highly resourceful, proactive individual, with excellent communication, project management, and healthcare solutions experience.
This role is critical in bridging strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution to advance Transcarent's mission of transforming how people access and experience care.

Program and project manage teams to effectively initiate, plan, execute, and monitor initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve the member experience
Actively communicate with solution sponsors, vendor partners and internal stakeholders to align priorities and ensure execution against key milestones
Develop presentations, reporting and materials that communicate solution performance, operational metrics and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build scalable operational frameworks, improve process efficiency, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workflows and processes
