About the role
- Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: Resumes are currently being accepted for adjunct faculty (part-time) positions in the Department of Rehabilitation.
- Resumes will be reviewed as needed for each semester.
Responsibilities
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- The normal requirement is a Master's degree in the field of instruction or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the field of instruction.
- The successful candidate must be able to show acceptable documentation establishing the right to accept employment in the United States of America without employer sponsorship.
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field.
- Minimum of four years' experience in rehabilitation counseling, mental health
- counseling, or related areas.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Nice to have
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology,
- Counseling or a closely related field.
- To teach at the master's level a CRC or licensure is preferred.
- Licensure in other closely related disciplines will be considered.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to function autonomously, communicate effectively, cooperate and
- interact pleasantly with all contacts.
- Ability to present a positive, professional image of the Rehabilitation
- Department, School of Pharmacy and Health Professions, and the University of
- Excellent communication skills to include fluency in English.
- Familiarity with computers, proficiency in basic office programs such as Word
- and Excel, or the ability to learn quickly is necessary.

Compensation
- $200k-$400k
