About the role
- The Supervising Counselor supports the Program Director and Associate Program Director in the day-to-day programming activities, provides direct supervision to the AOD Counselors and OMCP Mentors, and assists in providing program coverage including, but not limited to CBI program components.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and additional resources to ensure OMCP Mentors complete the work experience portion of the certification process, including practice of all twelve (12) Core Functions.
Skills
- Excellent organization, leadership and time management skill.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task.
- Knowledge of contractual requirements of ISUDTP is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Operational knowledge of MS Office Suite and ARMS.
