- As a Patient Intake Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience from their first visit to the completion of their treatment journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
- Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
- Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain and update the Center's calendar to optimize operational efficiency
- Scan and upload documents into patient records
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Center's success
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed

Requirements
- Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday schedule-no weekends required
Skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
- Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems
Compensation
- Salary: $22 - $24/hour plus monthly performance-based bonuses
