Requirements
- SRO Certification/SRO License or previous SRO License and nine years of operations/maintenance/scheduling experience or RO License and 11 years of experience.
- Alternately, a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university with nine years of project management experience or dedicated planning and scheduling experience which includes at least four years of developing complex schedules and four years of experience at an operating nuclear plant
- OR an Associate's degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university with 11 years of experience, nine of which must be in project management or dedicated planning and scheduling, including at least four years of developing complex schedules and four years of experience at an operating nuclear plant;
- OR a high school diploma or GED and technical training in related disciplines with 13 years related experience, nine of which must be in project management or dedicated planning and scheduling, including at least four years of developing complex schedules and four years of experience at an operating nuclear plant.
Skills
- Ensures consistency of the product and tools used by the schedulers.
Compensation
- $145,302.00 - $217,952.00 Annual Midpoint:
- Incentive Compensation
- This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
- Qualifying employees will typically start a personal time accrual rate of 160 hours per year and EN provides nine paid holidays throughout the Calander year
