Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies designed to increase hotel revenue across room bookings, events, and group business.
Generate new business by actively making cold calls, following up on leads, and strategically prospecting local companies, organizations, and institutions.
Attend networking events, business mixers, and industry gatherings to promote the hotel, build relationships, and enhance brand visibility.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Support marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, special promotions, and local community outreach programs.
Track all leads, outreach, and sales activities to monitor progress and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager to implement, refine, and optimize sales strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Familiarity with Sales Force, Cvent, or Lanyon Event systems is preferred but not required.
