About the role

Support RTAM and the local SSO/RI in maintaining property accountability and life-cycle management for all GTS and VTS assets.
Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for asset accountability aligned with USMC supply policy and procedures.
Manage daily GTS equipment scheduling using Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS); validate requests, resolve conflicts, and coordinate approvals in accordance with local SOPs.
Liaise with GTS support contractors to verify equipment and contractor availability for scheduled training support.

U.S. Citizenship required Drivers License Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation and any applicable base access clearance.
Familiarity with USMC supply regulations and procedures.

Proven experience with property accountability, logistics, or supply chain operations in a military or DoD setting.
Prior experience supporting USMC RTAM, TECOM, or training systems programs.
Perform inspections and inventories in compliance with MCO 4400.201-V1, Chapter 2, and assist in preparation of required documentation for new equipment, disposal (DRMO), and sustainment actions.

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with DPAS, RFMSS, and other logistics systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Experience: Prior experience supporting USMC RTAM, TECOM, or training systems programs.
Knowledge of warehouse management practices and military asset lifecycle management.

Conduct quarterly, semi-annual, and 100% annual inventories as directed, using the primary hand-receipt provided by the SSO/RI.
Conduct semi-annual inspections of live training systems and minor training devices (e.g., battlefield effects simulators, portable targets, SESAMS, MCTIS, virtual simulators) at offsite locations as needed.
