Pay Range USD $108,249.00 - USD $135,536.00 /Yr.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to Finance, Technology, and Operations, combining deep functional expertise with hands-on execution to optimize workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance scalability.
The Advisor plays a critical role in the design, support, and continuous improvement of all finance processing including pharmacy payment processes and 835 transaction flows and reconciliation.
Serve as a trusted advisor on finance operations, PBM workflows, and financial systems, providing guidance on process design, controls, and automation strategies.
Drive cross-functional initiatives from intake through delivery, including managing structured request intake, prioritization, and workflow tracking to ensure alignment with business goals and governance standards.
Deliver advanced support for financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing, payment platforms), serve as an escalation point for complex issues, and support system enhancements, integrations, and releases.
Design and implement automated workflows using tools such as Alteryx to streamline data processing, reconciliation, and reporting
Develop and govern SOPs, work instructions, and job aids to ensure standardized, audit-ready processes
support training and knowledge transfer across the organization.
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, required.
Strong working knowledge of pharmacy payments and 835 remittance processes required.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx and workflow automation required.
Experience supporting enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing, payment platforms) required.
