Responsibilities
- BOH VIP Experience Managers lead, train, support, coach, motivate and manage a dedicated team of BOH employees to ensure that each VIP Guest enjoys an exceptional food and beverage experience.
- Own the guest experience by ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all food products through training, coaching and supervision of cooks, attention to detail and a commitment to food excellence
Nice to have
- You have a minimum of 2 years of previous management experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environment is a requirement
- You have a college or culinary degree (preferred)
- You have safe food handling and smart serve certification (preferred)
- You have strong communication, organizational, and computer literacy skills
