Responsibilities
- Create and manage courses, certifications, and training assignments
- Maintain documentation and support audit readiness
- Drive continuous improvement using PDCA methodology
- Support EHS standards implementation
- Lead self-assessment and audit processes
- Coordinate and manage the site training program to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Maintain audit schedules and records in Cority
- Track and drive corrective actions
- Metrics, Reporting & Systems Support
- Provide user support for Cority and related systems
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of demonstrated work experience in training coordination or compliance programs
- Familiarity with LMS, audits, and continuous improvement
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with systems such as Cority, Workday, or UKG preferred
