About the role
- Provides nursing and operational leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in coordination with multidisciplinary teams and leadership.
- Functions as liaison between all staff, patients, and administration.
- You champion our Safety Culture and foster continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Creates and executes daily staffing plan for all in-patient nursing units by evaluating need for low census, reallocation of staff, and procurement of additional resources.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience as determined by the organization
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing required upon hire
- Eligible to practice nursing in the State of Kentucky required upon hire AND
- AVADE Workplace Violence Prevention Level III Provider required within 180 days of employment in this position
