About the role
- To provide technical quality engineering support to the Customer Quality Engineering team, at the point of manufacturing, in the containment, analysis, and corrective actions related to zero-mile and warranty returns from our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through the problem-solving process, as necessary.
- Assess risk and validate process changes within the manufacturing process.
- Fosters teamwork - Builds effective partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Gentex manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in problem solving tools, CT+, and BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
