Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 1+ years of relevant administration experience.
- Ability to work independently and follow processes with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in understanding and creating reports.
Skills
- This position is based in the United States (preferably New York) and can work cross-functionally on projects across all teams.
- This person is comfortable rotating across departments (engineering, product, marketing, and people, for example).
- However, there is potential for longevity in a specific department if they find an area they are passionate about!
- We will consider hiring through a variety of channels such as:
- work trials, full time direct hire, or contract to hire.
- Identify needs of project deliverables from launch through close.
- Identify appropriate stakeholders on new projects and work with third-party vendors, managing tracking of progress.
- Monitor the progress of projects and adapt to ensure successful outcome.
- Organize and participate in video meetings.
Compensation
- $70,000 base salary.
- Full time employee compensation includes an Incentive Stock Option (ISO) grant, subject to Board approval.
