About the role
- We're looking for an Associate, Licensing to join our Vehicle & Driver Compliance team.
- In this role, you will be the primary owner of registration transactions for assigned states, ensuring vehicle registrations are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining the legality of vehicle plates.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of electronic registrations and process daily Service Cloud cases to meet SLAs.
- Assist internal departments with troubleshooting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve department goals.
- Establish and manage relationships with ministries, brokers, dealers, and other independent agencies to facilitate registration transactions.
- You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government agencies to resolve registration-related issues and deliver an industry-leading customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of professional experience in an office environment or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service professional role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Applicants will be required to undergo a background check only if and after a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Automotive industry experience highly desired.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to focus on details and demonstrate initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong work ethic and ability to report to the office on regularly scheduled days and hours.
- Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026.
Compensation
- The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 - $71,200 annually.
- Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
- Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
