About the role
- The Market Development Manager (MDM) will be responsible for capturing insights from Key Opinion Leaders to inform and evolve brand strategy for Copiktra.
- The MDM will prospectively identify current and future therapeutic trends to help prepare new product launches and indications.

Responsibilities
- Director, Market Development Manager Key Responsibilities Lead Key Opinion Leader (KOL) insight gathering, distill trends and summarize to inform Corporate and Brand strategies.
- Speaker Programs: The MDM will support speaker identification with recommendations for appropriate speakers, product and compliance training, and management of branded and unbranded programs.
- Support commercial advisory boards with recommendations for KOLs and handling logistics consistent with Secura Bio policies and applicable law.
- Collaborate with KAMs, MAR and where appropriate MSLs, to synthesize and share evolving KOL insights, as appropriate as well as identify regional marketing opportunities.
