About the role

  • The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are consistently met, for one of our larger sites for the windows and doors business unit.
  • This position reports directly to the Production Manager.
  • This position is 6am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with OT on Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support hourly production team members during assigned shift
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires and cross-training of existing team members
  • Maintain accurate records for timekeeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment aligned with 5S standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a (distribution or production) operation with demonstrated ability to acquire and apply continuous improvement, lean and manufacturing system principles a plus

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 - $85,000 + Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
