About the role
- We are hiring Quality Assurance Engineers to play an integral role within our technology teams to ensure our AI products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- This role requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, exceptional attention to detail, and passion for ensuring excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and ensure they are reflected in test plans
- Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and re-testing
- Drive improvements in the QA process, including the adoption of new tools and methodologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in software QA, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing techniques
- Strong experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience world-class leadership
