About the role

Under the close supervisor of the Recreation Specialist- Aquatics, A Swim Team Coach is responsible for expanding and perfecting the swim team's abilities and always ensuring the safety of the swimmers..
Evaluates individual and team performance, explains techniques, and assists with skills improvement.

Ability to deal effectively with participants and the public in a positive way.
Ability to employ effective instructional methods and techniques, as well as the ability to model those techniques to participants.
Background check required.
Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite to include, Outlook, Word and Excel.
