Responsibilities
- Transportation Planning - Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, monitor delivery performance, and manage disruptions.
- Carrier Management - Act as primary contact for LSPs/4PLs, track performance, support reviews, and ensure service compliance.
- Operational Execution - Handle daily track‑and‑trace, expedite critical materials, and maintain routing/master data.
- System & TMS Support - Serve as key user for TMS, support enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and user assistance.
- Cost & Freight Management - Monitor transportation costs, validate invoices, support budgeting, and drive cost‑reduction initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement - Lead optimization projects, partner with carriers/suppliers, and support corrective actions.

Requirements
- Compliance & Documentation - Ensure adherence to routing guides, standards, audits, and maintain required records.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
