About the role

- Capital Programs is responsible for end-to-end management of over 500 active modernization projects across the Authority's throughout the city.
Requirements
- Visit field sites regularly to assist in scoping meetings, resolving design and/or construction issues as required.
- Assist in obtaining all required external approvals, such as the Certificate to Proceed, Advice of Award, etc. to ensure proper funding is in place

- INTERAGENCY TRANSFERS INTO NYCHA OF THOSE PERMANENT IN TITLE ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE FACE OF AN ACTIVE AND VIABLE NYCHA PROMOTION LIST OR PREFERRED LIST FOR THE SAME TITLE.
