About the role

- This leader will bring strong editorial judgment, a modern channel mindset, and the ability to take calibrated risks to challenge dated approaches, so enterprise content is more effective and engaging.
- This leader will make thoughtful decisions about what content should be elevated, sequenced, adapted, reimagined, or declined so communications are focused, high quality, and built around what employees actually need to know.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in corporate and/or internal communications, content strategy, or a related field
- Proven experience leading enterprise content strategy and multi-channel communications in a complex organization
- Strong editorial judgment and content governance experience, with the ability to connect communications to business outcomes
- Experience using data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance
- A creative, forward-thinking leadership style and a track record of challenging the status quo, implementing solutions, and improving how communications are planned, delivered, and measured
- Experienced Leader of People who will contribute to the broader team and Communications function by connecting dots across, being proactive and solutions-oriented, and bringing outside-in thinking to our communications work
- Demonstrated success leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills

- What we offer you:
- Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $178,600.00 to $267,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
- Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level.
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and leave of absences, such as parental and military leave.
