- About Role: - The Strategic Program Manager is accountable to provide the commercial & operational direction for nominated chemical customer contracts either by customer group or by region, within the contracts business unit.
- Accountable for the directing, managing & coordination of all contract activities within the given customer contracts and supporting functions to achieve the Company's business goals.

- Negotiate renewals of customer contract agreements using Best Practice Terms & Conditions for Incora
- Closely monitoring sales, margin, costs, and inventory levels to meet or exceed budget ensuring accounts remain profitable.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the contract for the life of the contract.
- This element of the role will involve seamless communication to the functions of Planning and Procurement to ensure continuity of the supply of parts.
- Significant experience of customer relationship management
- Financially proficient to a good level
