Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain pointsDesign wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile experiencesContribute to and maintain a scalable design systemConduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCollaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementationWork within an Agile Kanban framework - writing clear acceptance criteria, participating in sprint planning, and managing your own work through JiraPresent design decisions and rationale to cross-functional stakeholdersChampion user-centered design practices across the organization
