- This position offers a variety of responsibilities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responding to guest requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform and lead engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, repairs, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort management.
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of HVAC and mechanical components.
- Lead small construction projects, including drywall, carpentry, concrete, and flooring.
- Lead and implement safety practices and guidelines.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadership.
Requirements
- Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as required by resort management.
- High school diploma required.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
