About the role

Opportunity to join an exciting fiber broadband start-up in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

Conduct door-to-door sales efforts in designated territories to generate new customer leads.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, interest levels, and follow-up requirements.
Identify HOAs within assigned territories and develop relationships in order to build trust within the community and supercharge sales
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies based on market feedback and performance data.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a commitment to daily sales activities and goals.
High school diploma or equivalent
further education or sales-related training is an asset.

Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
Knowledge of broadband services, fiber technology, and the telecommunications industry is a plus.

Competitive salary and benefits package – Target OTE of $81,000 with base salary $50,000.
