About the role
- Hollywood, MD Our client is seeking an experienced Assembler.
- As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling components using various hand tools, rivets, nuts, bolts, aircraft hardware, and other materials.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly operations on various components following established procedures and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines. This includes working cross-functionally in other areas

Requirements
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
- High School Diploma/GED and a Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly work or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, rivets, nuts, bolts, aircraft hardware, and related equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects if required.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in aerospace, defense, or a related industry.
- Additional technical certifications or training in assembly or related fields.

Compensation
- The proposed salary range for this position is up to $35/hr.
