About the role

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to be based on-site at our warehouse in Plainfield, Indianapolis.
In this role, you will act as the key link between inventory data and physical operations, ensuring that products are accurately managed and available to meet customer demand.
As the first Inventory Analyst in this function, you will play a critical role in improving inventory visibility, supporting operational execution, and helping the business meet its service commitments.

Work across multiple systems to track inventory movements and maintain data integrity
Collaborate closely with warehouse operations, transportation teams, and internal stakeholders to support execution
Support continuous improvement of inventory processes and workflows

Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field
Experience in food distribution, warehouse operations, or similar high-volume supply chain environments
Experience working with inventory or warehouse management systems
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions with incomplete information
