About the role
- Telix Pharmaceuticals is a dynamic, fast-growing radiopharmaceutical company with offices in Australia (HQ), Belgium, Japan, Switzerland, and the United States.
- You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.
- This individual will also reduce technical debt, improve deployment reliability through CI/CD automation and mentor team members to elevate engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to Manager, Commercial Operations this role will work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment with partners in IT, Finance, Legal and other supporting functions within the business.
- This individual will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- This role will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and other engineers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions that support key business processes.
- Salesforce Solution Discovery, Design and Delivery
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Build maintainable and scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
- Implement and support Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs and middleware
- Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce solutions
- Maintain technical documentation for implementation features and contribute to solution documentation as needed
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Data Analytics, and delivery team members to support end-to-end solution delivery.
Requirements

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications Preferred
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs and integrations
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git)
- Experience with VS Code or similar IDE preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and Record, Object and Field level security
