- Reporting & Insights: · Pull weekly social media performance reports using Dash Hudson, identifying actionable insights. · Analyze campaign metrics to inform future content strategies and provide leadership with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Campaign Support:
- Develop creative concepts for content series and social-first campaigns with the social team.
- Help design social assets using Canva for Instagram Stories, Reels, & Carousels.
- Proactively drive conversation by participating in relevant cultural moments, trends, and comment threads while authentically integrating the brand
- Engage with creators, influencers, partners, and key retailers (e.g., Sephora, Sephora Squad) to strengthen brand visibility and relationships
- Support community building by recognizing meaningful creator and audience milestones and high-impact content opportunities
- Manage closet inventory, including organization, tracking, and upkeep
- Provide daily operational and administrative support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or pursuing one) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry and social media trends.
- Must be passionate about beauty and working in social media

- Comfortable in front of the camera.
- Excellent copywriting, organizational, and communication skills.
