Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Campaign Support:
  • Develop creative concepts for content series and social-first campaigns with the social team.
  • Help design social assets using Canva for Instagram Stories, Reels, & Carousels.
  • Proactively drive conversation by participating in relevant cultural moments, trends, and comment threads while authentically integrating the brand
  • Engage with creators, influencers, partners, and key retailers (e.g., Sephora, Sephora Squad) to strengthen brand visibility and relationships
  • Support community building by recognizing meaningful creator and audience milestones and high-impact content opportunities
  • Manage closet inventory, including organization, tracking, and upkeep
  • Provide daily operational and administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or pursuing one) in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty industry and social media trends.
  • Must be passionate about beauty and working in social media

  • Comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Excellent copywriting, organizational, and communication skills.
