About the role
- Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an ONSITE Lead Quality Engineer to join our Quality team.
- In this role, you'll support the development and execution of processes to ensure products and processes meet established standards.
- This role applies engineering fundamentals to perform data analysis, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex quality investigations, applying advanced analytical methods to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Develop, maintain, and improve quality procedures, inspection documentation, and performance metrics.
- Support new product introductions by ensuring qualification activities and documentation meet customer and regulatory standards.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requiring persuasion. Adapts style to differing audiences and often advises others on difficult matters.

Compensation
- Annual bonus eligibility
- $114,000 - $135,000 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
