Responsibilities
- Maintain global remit across Blackstone's corporate office portfolio spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Partner with the Global Head of CRES on enterprise priorities, senior stakeholder engagement, and cross-regional execution.
- Own execution quality, governance, operating discipline, delivery performance, financial transparency, and continuous improvement across major CRES initiatives globally.
- Act as the senior operational partner to the Global Head of CRES and regional CRES leaders, translating strategy into clear priorities, operating plans, governance routines, KPIs, and management reporting.
- Conduct diligence on existing processes and implement programmatic improvements to align workflows, socialize standards, and embed durable operating discipline with a keen eye on opportunities to implement appropriate AI across the CRES enterprise.
- Maintain approvals, decisions, documentation, and governance records to support audit readiness, compliance requirements, internal controls, and risk management.
- Lead the CRES Program Management Office (PMO) and implement consistent project controls, delivery policies, approval pathways, reporting requirements, and governance disciplines across regions.
- Proactively manage delivery risk, dependencies, sequencing, milestones, resource requirements, and stakeholder engagement across concurrent global initiatives.
- Partner closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, accounting policy compliance, multi-year capital planning, and financial approval governance.
- Drive cost discipline, transparency, and decision-oriented financial insights across commitments, forecasts, vendor spend, savings opportunities, and budget performance.
Requirements
- They will bring a combination of strategic judgment, operational excellence, financial discipline, real estate expertise, analytical rigor, and executive presence.
- Experience operating at, or clear readiness for, Managing Director-level scope, judgment, accountability, and executive presence.
- Strong working knowledge of corporate and commercial real estate fundamentals, market dynamics, facilities operations, occupancy planning, portfolio analytics, lease structures, and real estate accounting standards.
- Experience driving operational excellence, business process improvement, standardization, organizational alignment, and measurable performance improvement across a global platform.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

- The successful candidate will be a senior enterprise operator with demonstrated experience leading complex global functions within large, matrixed organizations. They will bring a combination of strategic judgment, operational excellence, financial discipline, real estate expertise, analytical rigor, and executive presence.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across corporate real estate, workplace strategy, operations, finance, governance, operational excellence, transformation, commercial real estate advisory, or large-scale program delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading global portfolios, operating models, programs, teams, and governance routines within large, complex, matrixed organizations, preferably with a minimum employee base of 5,000+ FTE.
- Translate strategy into execution through structured operating plans, governance frameworks, performance metrics, approval processes, and disciplined management routines.
- Strong financial acumen, including direct responsibility for significant OPEX and CAPEX oversight, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial approvals, and accounting policy compliance.
- Deep experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Technology, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, and regional leadership.
- Strong vendor management and governance experience, including strategic sourcing, service performance, contract oversight, scorecards, and accountability frameworks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, presenting complex analysis, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, attention to detail, and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Compensation
- $275,000 - $300,000
- Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location.
- For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
- Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
- Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
