About the role
- We're looking for a dynamic and people-centered leader who can balance strategy, operations, enrollment growth, and team development while cultivating a warm, joyful, and high-performing school culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the campus team through strong coaching, communication, and support
- Build a positive school culture rooted in collaboration, professionalism, and care
- Develop and execute strategic plans to support enrollment growth and school success
- Partner with families to create a strong, engaged school community
- Oversee campus operations and manage the school budget responsibly
- Recruit, hire, develop, and retain exceptional educators and staff
- Collaborate with school leadership partners to meet enrollment and retention goals
- A talent for building warm, collaborative, and accountable team cultures
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Step 9 or higher in the Oregon Registry OR
- At least one year of experience managing or supervising adults, combined with knowledge of child development
