Responsibilities
- Provides written monthly energy management recommendations for the building
- Ability to create a team, mentor and train a team
Requirements
- Identifies capital improvements and obtain required estimates/bids
- Experience with gas furnaces and gas appliances is required.
- Proven track record managing a preventative maintenance program and experience with capital projects.
- Our locations are drug-free and pre-employment drug tests and physicals are required.
- Background checks are also required before employment begins.
Compensation
- $58,400 plus a quarterly bonus of up to 15%
