Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of Global Sales, Wastewater, the WW Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales of the WW market in the South Central and Southwestern US.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required along with a strong technical background
- Experience working in Water Treatment Market
- Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperative working relationship with other departments and colleagues
- Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels

- Availability to travel 40-50% of the time
- Ability to develop business plans and other commercial documents
- Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions to customer and partner needs and problems
- Skilled at customer relationship management, business planning, teamwork and execution. Superior oral & written communications and interpersonal/relationship skills
Nice to have
- 5-10 years of experience of sales & business development in target market(s) is preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred
