Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance financial dashboards, reporting, and analytical models that provide actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, support forecasting, and evaluate strategic growth opportunities.
- Build organizational business acumen by coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams through cross-functional collaboration, financial best practices, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Deliver meaningful financial and operational analysis, including forecasts, variance reporting, budgets, and performance metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity across the organization.
Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business required
- Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years in finance with 3-5 years managing a team.
- Manufacturing and international experience highly preferred.
- Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experience preferred.
- System migration experience preferred.
- Systems: Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experience preferred.

Compensation
- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000.
- This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
